We have done a number of these type of apps, all tailored specifically to the business model of the client company. All were either small to medium sized businesses that offered standard or custom investment opportunities ranging from fixed income to private equity in some cases.
The idea of this was to streamline the booking process and provide a useful tool for investors to browse through. Some clients opt to have a news section to keep their users engaged in what's going on at the company and publish market trend updates. All in all, this is a simple yet effective tool that we have seen work well to create a brand loyal community of returning clients.
Why is this App Important?
For the investment industry, since the tickets are high, trust is key! The number one industry where fraud prevails is the investment space. So many fraudsters are stealing billions around the world from people selling fake investment or other scam related products. What's Next?
Apps are a long-term game. These companies have the option to expand further and add on new features that upsell their audience on options close to their preferences. The important thing is that as you are reading this, their app is collecting data (non-intrusively) on their users preferences and interests.
